As much as I have a loathing for flat paint, I have a nearly equal affection for paint with good reflective sheen. Eggshell enamel works well for most areas, and it’s pretty east to clean, semi-gloss paint is great for hallways without windows, or lights (I know, it’s ridiculous but it’s what I’m working with)…
The chair rail and trim are Behr high gloss white (read: BRIGHT white), the color above the chair rail is Behr Marquee Silver City (MQ2-59), the color bellow the chair rail is also Behr Marquee Iron Gate (MQ2-60).
